Pemanfaatan Limbah Pati Kulit Pisang (Musa paradisiaca) sebagai Bahan Pengikat Granul Parasetamol dengan Metode Granulasi Basah

Starch is a carbohydrate that can be used as binder in pharmaceutical preparations. Paracetamol has poor flowability and compactibility with its crystalline form, it necessary to make granules by wet granulation method starch binder. This study banana peel waste (Musa paradisiaca) source of starch. Three granule formulations (F1, F2, F3) were prepared using the concentrations 5% (F1), 8% (F2), 10% (F3) w/v. The results showed quality test included testing moisture content, flow rate, angle repose, compressibility index, content being 3.52%, rate 4.8 seconds, repose 37.7°, index meets parameters good preparation.
